Carol Fishman Cohen, builder of corporate career re-entry programs and leader of the iRelaunch #returntowork community, is a pioneer in the career re-entry space. Her TED talk "How to get back to work after a career break," has over 3 million views and is translated into 30 languages. She is the host of the popular 3,2,1 iRelaunch podcast, author of the seminal HBR article "The 40-Year-Old Intern," and has presented over 500 times on career reentry topics.
Cohen and the iRelaunch team produce the iRelaunch Return to Work Conferences and work with 70+ global companies to build and expand return to work programs. iRelaunch co-leads the #STEM Re-entry Task Force with the Society of Women Engineers, which members include IBM, Apple, P&G, GM, J&J, UTC, Dell, Ford and more. Over 400 “relaunchers” have participated in 21 Task Force member programs launched to date, and 86% have been hired. iRelaunch co-leads similar initiatives with the Certified Financial Planning Board Center and AARP.
